Every trip includes a printed itinerary for teachers, a parent-consent format, a per-student ID card, group photograph, and a formal thank-you certificate for the institution. Pre-trip site visit for the sports/activity coordinator is complimentary. Weekday slots (Tue–Fri) carry a 15% discount — perfect for schools that prefer academic-day picnics away from weekend crowds.
