How do I book a Damdama Lake package?

How much advance is required?

25% for day packages, 50% for overnight stays and anniversary/wedding events, 30% for corporate MICE. Balance is paid on arrival.

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets, no-cost EMI (3/6 months on ₹15,000+), NEFT/RTGS, and corporate PO-based invoicing.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours (72 hours for overnight, 7 days for MICE). Free rescheduling within 30 days regardless of segment.

Do you provide a GST invoice?

Yes — a proper GST invoice is issued for every booking. Corporate and school bookings can use PO-based billing with 7-day payment terms.

Is my payment secure?

All transactions run through PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay / PayU gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store card data.

How fast is the confirmation?

Digital voucher is issued within 1 hour of advance payment. On business hours, the entire flow (enquiry → voucher) typically finishes in 30–45 minutes.

What documents do I need at the gate?

Booking voucher (soft copy OK), one photo ID per adult. Students need school ID. Corporate groups should carry a copy of the PO for invoice billing.

Can I book on the day of visit?

Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Weekends typically sell out 48–72 hours in advance — we recommend at least 3-day lead time.

Is transport included in the booking?

Not by default. AC coach transport can be added at ₹399/pax (Gurgaon) or ₹599/pax (Delhi) round-trip for groups of 25+.

What if it rains on my booking date?

Indoor activities and covered dining continue as normal. If outdoor activities are impacted, we offer a free reschedule to any date within 30 days.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes — automatic discounts kick in at 25, 50, 100 and 200 pax slabs. Ask concierge for a custom quote at your specific headcount.
